      Collaboration, benefits, made a lot of friends

      Slower pace, talks of interest in advancing technology but limited attention span to do true grass roots changes to make a difference. Felt there was more interest to cover your butt than take risks and make mistakes. Maybe too many YES people that slows down actual making progress. Pride in being a telecom "follower" which gets old if you want to be more progressive. 24x7 expectations.
