Pros
Good people for the most part. Good pay for entry level position. Flexible scheduling (atleast in my store). Decent benefits package.
Cons
New billing system is junk, not allowing associates to do their jobs properly. Angry customers because of billing issues, delays in system, network problems etc.. Having to work most weekends like a lot of retail positions.
