Pros

The people. These are some of the best individuals you can find. It’s like a family. The culture (when it’s not like a cult) is also fun and engaging.

Cons

This company likes to think they care for the representatives but they don’t. They care about the customer no matter how wrong, inept or rude the customer can be. Representatives are based off a survey they get and it’s not a true picture of how that representative did because the customer can blame one person for a previous experience. They also expect their call center leaders to do everything and be happy about it. Lastly, the move to work from home during covid was slow and very disorganized. Even now, people who are forced to work in center don’t adhere to social distancing and mask guidelines.
