Pros

It's a job with a paycheck. Good benefits insurance paid time off and tuition reimbursement. Great place for hard workers who enjoy cold calling.

Cons

It makes me very sad to see what has happened over the last year. With the new billing system front line associates got hit hard with angry customers. Interruption in service without reason errors on accounts that took a long time to fix. Customers who needed a new phone often couldn't get one because of errors and system outage. Once the system became partially functioning associates were told this is it deal with it no excuses even though we were still unable to provide some services and solutions to customers that once wasn't a problem to do. The company use to focus on core values and doing the right thing for everyone. Take care of your people and they will take care of your customers. Now the moral is horrible associates told things like the new system did not affect them get over it by upper management. Jobs threatened if you don't hit quota. How can associates hit quota if the foot traffic in stores is no longer there due to a tarnished reputation their answer is for retail staff to spend their day cold calling small to medium businesses. It makes me very sad to see what has happened to the culture. Once one of the greatest companies to work for with excitement to go to work everyday now leads with fear out of desperation. Even new employees are scared to death by the time they get out of training from seeing what is happening around them.
