Pros
Good benefits, good co-workers, pay is good to fair. Previously worked in the call center and tech support where there was a lot of encouragement and great atmosphere it just doesn't translate over to the retail side.
Cons
Management, Pushy sales, promotions favor women. Rushed training the expectations of if I can do it you can do it.
