Basically if you have any criticism or bring ideas that are counter to leadership they mark you as difficult to deal with and find creative ways to separate you from the company. Leadership tends to be very dramatic. Best thing to do is keep your mouth shut and smile, if you try to fix things then you wont be there long. Very surprised that they are even still in business, they are about 10 years behind VZ and AT&T in terms of operations and industry knowhow.
