Pros
Great coworkers who help and support you. Some great managers but less and less as time went on. Room for growth if well liked.
Cons
Very much a culture of who likes who best. Less and less opportunities as good managers quickly left and less responsive, more negative managers took their places. Will hold onto employees even if consistently working against company policy just to make sales numbers at a certain store.
