Pros
Great when Jack Rooney instilled a Customer Driven Dynamic Organizational Culture it was an extremely creative place to work. Slipped when Jack retired, and now 5 years later, is a run-of-a-mill smaller company in a market dominated by large players (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint).
Cons
Lots of pressure at the director / manager levels to perform, with less and less resources.
