Pros
This is one of the best companies I have worked for. The owner and admins genuinely care about the employees and treat them how they would like family. I know that's cliche. But it's hard to find a company that doesn't treat you like a number, and truly cares about your success in your career and your success in life.
Cons
Working nights and weekends isn't the best, but it's apart of working in retail. However, they do a great job of working around my schedule and ensuring I have a good work/life balance.
