Driven on culture and diversity. U.S. cellular feels that if the leadership team builds and takes care of their employees the customers will reap the benefits. In the past US Cellular was behind in the handset portfolio department but with the inclusion of the iPhone they are on par with the big wigs. Deep focus on employee satisfaction could distract from bigger picture Loss of Midwest region retail stores hurts when you live in the region.
