      US Cellular is a great company that full understands training and coaching. They continually make strides to help and improve there employees and give good raises, decent pay and wonderful bonus structure. I have worked in the call center and also at a store location.

      Cons

      In the call center it can be difficult to get time off and schedule vacation.
