- Get to talk to people - Higher-up company members are usually quick to respond and kind - Call centers for tech support and other company functions are friendly and helpful
Cons
- Commission is easy to lose. There is a 3 month period where if someone returns an item you will lose that commission, even if it's not your fault - Dying company with an out-of-touch CEO - Constant angry customers with bad service due to mismanaged cellular network
