Cons
Low pay in comparison to market. For coordinator- very slow growth.
Heavy work load- plus all other department dump extra work on coordinator.
Only for employee medical benefit is good but if you add family its same like all other employer.
Long provisional period- 6 months.
Has to use your own logistic- laptop, phone, no compensation for phone bills or laptop damages.
Has to pay for parking $2-300 per month, still difficult to get parking and it takes 10- 20 minutes from parking to start work in the office No overtime , NO BONUS.
