Pros
You have flexible work hours ( entry hour 8-10am -> 17-19pm) with lunch break
Salary is ok
People are nice in general
There are no evaluations. To get the chance of being promoted you gave to speak to the team lead or directly with the director.
If you try to leave, they at least ask the reason why and if it.s in their power, they do try to propose a better offer.
It is a good place to work if you do not have something better
Cons
The management is bad. There is no communication with the people.
The pay was received ON time only 2-3 times in 4 years that i have been working there.
I hate that to get something (like money for gas to go do your job or you have a delegation in another city) you have to talk and ask a lot of people... And exchange tons of mails)
