Pros

Great team, great people, highly dedicated, highly driven to the mission. Great benefits, middle management is excellent.

Cons

CEO is out of touch, out dated and a bully. Leadership team fails to hold themselves and the CEO accountable. Annual "themes" are laughable, the CEO fails to meet the standards he expects others to meet. CEO is absolutely clueless about what real servant leadership entails.

Thank you for this feedback. While many aspects of your experience at UTIMCO have been positive (benefits, people, teamwork, mission, middle management), we regret to hear that other aspects (senior leadership) have not met your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and seek to continually improve. In a recent survey, UTIMCO was rated in the top 1% regarding the overall health of the company. This survey had 97% participation, and we were very pleased to discover that the high overall views of the culture of the firm are shared fairly equally among our total demographic. We believe this is the result of a continued focus on inclusion, equitable evaluation, high quality diversity, and a dedication to our customers and to one another. We encourage any current employees to contact their manager or Human Resources with concerns and suggestions.
