Nothing good about company i e zero

1.No increment other than sales 2. Middle management work from 15 to 20 yr so they want the only person he/she likes and upper management only have fait on middle management 3. Stress full job. 4. They start blaming you like low performance, theif, not obey the seniors if they want to change you at any time. 5. Salary is being hold at any time if they want to replace you so person will quiet the UTL Asap. 6. Boring environment they don't want to give you working environment facility.

It is good for fresher there are alot of things for learning purpose.freshers can stay here atleast two year

A lot of offfical politics ,one man army comoany,There are no active management at ground level,top level management move around one or two person
