      Pros

      New Management is transparent and open. Encourages questions and is not afraid to answer them. Lots of career opportunity. Fergus location is great for growing family , real estate is almost affordable, yet still close enough to the city. No commute!

      Cons

      Pay is a little below normal for city work, but cost of living is cheaper

      There wasn't any as at when i was with them

      Cons

      I had to go through sexual harassment from one of my bosses and was almost sacked but i resigned myself before that could happen.
