Pros
There is NO Pros working in this company AT ALL.
Cons
- Employees need to work overtime until midnight everyday, including weekends and public holiday.
- Have no project management at all. When giving out a feature to do, manager asks to finish it with serval days or a week, no matter how difficult it is.
- Very unprofessional design team. Developers need to export icons from the xd file by themselves. And after you finish one, the design will be changed usually, or the designers would tell you the origin design is not accurate, you need to follow her instructions to modify some pages.
- Whatever awards the boss promises to the team, it barely becomes true. He usually lies.
