Pros
Good benefits between the two institutions you can work for under the UW Health name. Additional benefits can be added but you don’t have to. Work-Life balance is mostly okay if you know how to leave work at work.
Cons
Currently they’re expecting many areas of staff to over perform to compensate for administrations poor budgeting. Causes a lot of interpersonal stress amongst co-workers and lack of faith in administrators.
