Pros
Great place to work! Everyone is helpful and it is a great place to start off a nursing career. It is a teaching hospital as well and offers tuition reimbursement. I started in the nurse residency program which is accredited and extremely competitive. If you are able to get a spot in the program cherish it because it is phenomenal. Best hospital in the state!
Cons
Constantly changing policies and procedures, often short on staff, the normal every other weekend shift which you should already be aware of if you are in the healthcare field.
