- The managers are useless and say everything is "above their head." - The upper level management only seems to care about making money and not about employees or even patients for that matter. - The amount of policies and the policies themselves are ridiculous. - HR either doesn't respond at all or responds but isn't able to answer your questions/concerns. - Pay raises are hard to come by, and a decent raise is almost impossible to get. - The burnout rate is high and there is no work/life balance. Employees are extremely overworked and underappreciated.
