Workplace bullying is prominent. Management engages in bullying mentality and enjoys finding ways to blame its RT staff. Scheduling is awful, forced-assigning is accepted as a norm. No opportunity for advancement. Charge therapists should not be in a leadership position. Staff are not respected by management. You're just a number and your work/life balance means nothing to management. Work somewhere else.
