Unhealthy working environment - Supervisor UW Health Employee Review

Leaders are not on the same page. There is a severe lack of vision from the top down. The Glassdoor review of the CEO is extremely low, yet the Star Rating for the organization isn’t horrible at the time I’m posting this review. Consider this disparity and ask questions before you accept an employment offer at UW Health. This is a large organization, and can be a very unhealthy place to work depending on who your direct leader is.
