      Unprepared leadership, which runs a global and remote company but only values and prioritizes those present in the Berlin office. There is no clear and assertive communication, with people being dismissed for "cost-cutting" reasons, while job openings are posted in the same week. HR is unprepared and reliant on the leadership.

      Pros

      - Kind, driven colleagues - Flexibility - Autonomy - Product with true potential - Not too dependent on investors, meaning there's more stability than many other startups these days

      Cons

      - Still a startup, so there is still some instability, shifting priorities, lack of clarity/vision at times,... So you have to be comfortable with this rather than allow it to frustrate you - Pay is relatively low compared to the market
