To start: They are not good people. The show themselves as very empath caring employers, but they are not.
They do not do onboarding,
They do not accept suggestions,
They set unrealistic goals that are impossible to achieve with their way of working.
They contradict each other: one day they want one thing, you work on that and two days later you did everything wrong because that is not what they asked for.
They expect one person to do all the work for an entire department and when, surprise, you don't succeed, they gaslight you and make you believe that you are not a good professional, that you are not doing your job well.
They hire you with a Spanish company, with a Spanish contract but they ignore Spanish laws and do not want to respect workers' rights.
They break the law by imposing one-year trial periods and under that lie, when they fire employees, they do not pay severance pay.
They withhold the minimum possible taxes, which also punishes employees when declaring income to the Treasury.
The amount of pressure they put employees under is not worth the 3 thousand euros a month they pay
