Pros
I think the colleges were very welcomed. Even though I can't communicate with them in Chinese or Taiwanese, they are still trying to communicate with me in English, I still manage to get along with them. It becomes the best internship that I ever had. The staffs are very cool and friendly. I would really like to go back again.
Cons
I think you will need the Chinese/Taiwanese skill to work in this company. I was very lucky that I got English project so I can still work with them.
