N/A I can't think of any right now, other than they will hire anyone with a heartbeat and a pulse. try it out if you like working for free.
Cons
They will NOT pay you if you quit before two weeks. They will charge you for any scratches on truck. They will not pay you if your shipping papers are not turned by 7a.m. you have to pay for tolls, no air conditoning, you have to pay for your own lumpers. you will not GET PAID. They throw you out there and wait for you to quit and no pay. You cannot understand the dispatchers because their english is no good. Did I mention you wont get paid?

This employee was terminated for failure to report an accident on time, failure to meet delivery times, failure to report damages to company vehicle.

UZ Trans Inc is a small company started by the owner out of his personal truck. He knows what it is like to be a truck driver and he wanted to start a company that takes care of it's drivers. They give bonuses for no violation inspections and driver referral bonuses.
Cons
Need to get more trucks so you can hire more drivers. Other than that can't think of anything at this time.
