      Great team. Fun to work with marketers. Felt like a meritocracy. If you were good at your job you got rewarded.

      Cons

      Martech is a tough industry right now. A few years ago companies were very well funded and marketing teams had larger budgets. More complex sale now and budgets are tighter

      Great ( seriously great ) people working here Product seems to be gaining traction in market

      The L in H.U.S.T.L.E. ( which is the company values acronym ) stands for Lean. Lean is meant to imply a "do more with less", gritty attitude, but practically translates to salaries and benefits that are well below industry standard. Unsurprisingly, there has been a lot of turnover.
