Everyone here is valued and works on projects/items that have an immediate and lasting impact. 2) Unique product unlike anything else in the industry. 3) A company that puts a premium on work/life balance. 4) Great team that collaborates together extensively and enjoys working with each other while also planning fun, team building events.
Cons
As others have stated, independence, larger team size and better benefits packages would be welcome.
