My six-months at UbiOps has been a transformative journey, filled with immense learning and professional growth. This startup's nurturing culture and dynamic environment were instrumental in developing my skills in design and market research. Initially, tasks like creating designs in Figma seemed daunting, but with the team's guidance, I quickly mastered these and more, broadening my career prospects significantly. What sets UbiOps apart is its unique blend of challenge and innovation. Working in this fast-paced startup atmosphere was exhilarating, instilling in me a passion and drive that were unmatched in my previous experiences. I am deeply grateful to my manager, Anna-Maria, and the entire team for their support and mentorship, which has laid a solid foundation for my future endeavors.

I would have loved to be in person but sadly it was not feasible.

It's an interesting product and the work conditions are good. When you're working hard there's a lot of appreciation, but there's not too much pressure. You get the chance to write good code and to develop yourself. The team is really great and there are a lot of fun activities to participate in.

I didn't really see any disadvantages.
