Poor management and hard to succeed

Bright and professional people. Much higher than average in the industry. The company and founders vision is "employee is above all", so there's an amazing work-life balance for those who search for it. Promoting from inside in many cases. Product and vision is innovative and very smart. Management are truly respectful toward all employees.

Company still tries to understand how to work with teams and between them, there is no clear guideline from management that describes work methodology that teams can follow. Some employees have large influence over technological solutions and there is no much freedom for teams within themselves. Work pace is different from one team to the other, some have constantly relaxed sprints, some have constantly tight sprints and some are not working in sprints.
