Pros

The area is a nice place to work, especially of you are traveling from the south - you will be going against traffic.

Cons

Management has been typing the latest reviews in order to try to improve their image. This company is being sued by it's employees due to horrendous working conditions. They are too cheap to turn heat on in the warehouse even when it is 5° outside. The story was on the news not too long ago. Not only do they need to train the customer service reps better, they really need to train their management staff better. But when you have people in those positions that don't know what they are doing, how can you expect the staff to know what they are doing. The stuff they sell is Chinese crap. And if it gets shipped to you broken - it's your loss. They are not in a hurry to replace anything if they replace it at all. The CEO makes that determination, and you "have to catch him in a good mood" for him to do the right thing. That is a direct quote that was said to me by my manager. If you are OK with making $10.00 and hour and always nervous that you will lose your job, then go for it.

Pros

Sometimes in a remote role you can feel like you are in a silo. That is not the case here. The sales teams can be thousands of miles apart but we are constantly communicating and never feel like we are a team of one.

Cons

I don't have any significant con.
