A cool touch is that their amazing new office overlooks the Dix30 and you can also see where the old office was. To me, this serves as a constant visual reminder of just how far the company has come and how much it has achieved. It's inspiring and motivating to reflect on that growth.
Cons
The company has gone through some restructurings, which is understandable given how quickly it has grown. While the changes have brought some stress, they've also opened up new opportunities for employees to step up and grow their careers. Overall the restructurings make sense to align the organization with the current scale and the management was always really transparent which made it better.
