they're a small company so things are a little hectic sometimes. You'll want to make sure you schedule regular meetings with your manager to make sure you know exactly what to do because sometimes they might be too busy to catch up in the office. (Some managers are in meetings all day or out of town a lot trying to expand the company). This is more like advice, not really a con
