Micromanaging, tyrannical, and even bullying manager(s) are practically impossible to work with. And upper management can't be bothered enough to care or look into these supervisors and the serious issues and concerns involving them, even when professional and part-time staff alike complain and/or attempt to address serious matters hindering the progress of their/UCLA Rec's work, at the hands of the problematic managers/supervisors in question. At the hands of these managers there is NO: - room for growth, with so much control - work/life balance, with unreasonable hours due to micromanagement - healthy office environment
