- You can be fired any day without notice for no reason - Your salary can be hold without any reason - They let you work for a month and hold the salary on salary day. - They force you to put down papers when they needed - They treat you angel for initial one or two month, you will be evil even if you are giving best performance - They treat their employees like a dog - They are unprofessional, use desi language and abuse on work. - The work culture is pathetic and no more word to say - They have never done full and final of any employees. - They has eaten lot vendors payment as well - They hire and fire without information to head of the departments

Got to learn a lot, pay well to their employees, salary always on time, positive work culture and the best part is they value their employees as their assets.

Sometimes heavy work load, as i was in customer acquisition so there used to be quite a pressure but healthy pressure. Few people show their seniority but no issues with the management.
