Pros
You have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and clients, helping to build your knowledge base and skill set across industries and projects. It's also fun as a creative to have the chance to work on so many different brands. You're given a lot of responsibility and leadership opportunities to work directly with clients and manage projects even if you don't have a lot of prior experience. For the most part, the clients are really great to work with. The flexibility is great, it's fully remote and leadership is totally fine with people on the team traveling and adjusting their work hours. There's an annual company trip that's a lot of fun. And most of all, I've really loved working with everyone on the team. It's an incredibly talented group of designers and engineers and everyone on the team is fun and positive to be around.
Cons
It's a start-up vibe and a small team so you are expected to wear a lot of hats and pick things up quickly (sometimes without a lot of guidance). Personally, I don't mind that environment, but that's definitely not for everyone.
