Ueno has no noticeable pros.

Ueno has the most appalling leadership I have ever worked under. The leaders at this company are cruel people who intimidate and bully employees instead of providing support and guidance. Leadership does not lead because it is incapable of doing so. All management seems to know is how to belittle, harass, and tear down employees while offering absolutely nothing of value in return.
