Many projects, big market research clients. Tax friendly salary structure.
Cons
Work long hours regularly.. 12 hours daily.. Deliberately promote senior execs to Team Leader without significant hike in salary.. Just to increase notice period to 90 days. Recently policy introduced which says that Relieving letter won't be given even if Manager agrees to wave off notice period after proper handover.
