A vibrant culture of kindness, enablement and camaraderie. Our founder and CEO, Anand, even calls himself the Chief Enablement Officer and it couldn't be more accurate. We win together and we lose together, but more importantly, we learn together. Our Engineering teams are some of the sharpest and hardest working folks I've ever had the pleasure to team up with. I know every day I come to work, I'm going to be inspired by the people around me and it feels great to be a small part of something special.

All the standard stuff you see at startups: not always easy to find documentation, chasing down deals we should probably DQ, focus shifting.

Decent work/life balance Relatively interesting product to work on

Management. Between the multiple rounds of layoffs and putting toxic people into management positions leading to good staff getting fired or fed up and quitting it's like they want the company to fail. UJET has a good product but seems decidedly determined to run it straight into an iceberg, likely leaving the CEO and his inner circle sitting happily on the door while everyone else drowns.
