Management has high expectations of you even if you are just an intern. Full-timers will give you the most asinine work to do while also actually giving you actual serious work. Interns will double as both a spare part in the company as you do work outside of your operations designation and as a full-timer because of the amount of work given. Management refuses to hire more workers other than cheap interns. No leaves whatsoever so do not bother asking.
