Expectations of making millions in cosmetics with very little demonstration time with the guest. Discourages artistry and makeup application. Full makeup applications are spposed to only be done by the esthetician, however they are given very little hours, cannot meet demand to affect sales, and are better at skin than makeup application. They are also not included in cosmetics trainings, and as an educator, it makes no sense. Cosmetic girls are catty. Hours are cut, run on skeleton crew to make hours, schedules are late and always a problem.
