interesting work, flexible working, small company entrepreneurial attitude, working on exciting projects from cradle to grave, nice group of employees
Cons
Little opportunity for progression, some of the longer-term employees are demotivated and lazy. When the work piles up, there is no support structure to fall back on (if you go on holiday, it is all waiting for you when you return!)
