      The company is good about being transparent. Everyone knows when sales aren't good and when tough decisions are coming up. If you can survive those tough decisions, Ultimaker does have an interesting position that can contribute to a bright future.

      Cons

      Layoffs and job security are a fear at the back of everyone's mind.

      Pros

      Exciting industry and Ultimaker is growing quickly. Small but mighty teams that allow you to shine and take on new challenges. Lots of opportunities to sharpen your skills.

      Cons

      Time zones! Sometimes, with the offices spread out as they are, it can be difficult to align meetings and responses lag.
