Decent pay if you're not actually living in Miami, remote work, nice people for the most part.

Not What It Appears to Be from the Outside The company presents a polished image to clients, but internally it's a very different story. The work culture is highly micromanaged, with disorganized training and an onboarding process that leaves new hires scrambling to keep up. There are constant meetings, inconsistent communication, and a general lack of structure. While the company promotes a "work-life balance," it's made clear that working well beyond 40 hours is the real expectation. Training is especially weak, with little instructional design and more of a sink-or-swim approach—likely due to the fact that those leading it come from sales backgrounds without real training expertise. If you're motivated purely by financial gain and can overlook the rest, this role might work for you. But for anyone seeking a sustainable or values-aligned workplace, this is not it. The internal chaos doesn’t match the image they sell to the outside world, and it’s ultimately an exhausting environment.
