      -Work from home -$20 per hour (for me at least)

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -It felt like you were scamming and harassing the students. You had to keep calling. -Before you're even hired, management will call you at least 3 times a day, for something that they could send in an email. When hired, management will Google/Zoom call you before your shift even starts. -Toxic environment.

      Remote, fun environment, career advancement

      Cons

      Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
