Deceptive recruiting, the job is not at all what the recruiter describes.
Extreme micromanagement.
Insufficient training, you are not trained on any of the actual job duties or criteria.
Unprofessional management, managers will back each other up on yelling at employees.
Inconsistent management, you don’t have a direct report, and are expected to communicate FOR the “team” of 3+ managers for one team. None of them are on the same page.
Inconsistent expectations, each manager will contradict whatever the other “team” manager just told you to do.
Threat of being fired in every conversation, regardless of how well you are doing. This place does not celebrate or acknowledge any successes. When meeting or even succeeding all stats and quotas management continues to drill into that you are easily replaceable.
