      Base salary with commission, met some great ambitious and motivated people

      High turnover rate. Low pay, no benefits. Half of paycheck was spent on gas going to different locations.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers. The atmosphere can be fun if you're getting the results you are looking for. In addition, you may get your own office by achieving sales goals.

      Cons

      They don't explain exactly how the commission pay works; it is a lot more complicated than they tell you at the interview. Constant travel in your own vehicle without reimbursing you for expenses such as gas and mileage.
