Very effective professional range, but should be prescribed by well trained professional beauty therapists or dermal therapist, otherwise if incorrectly prescribed can cause permanent skin damage ( happens a lot due to incompetent employers this company employs)

With management shift over the years this company went from being reputable to disreputable. Bad managerial decisions prohibiting the company strategic grows Culture of bullying, harassment and favouritism resulting in very high turn over of the staff Employment of unqualified consultants without further professional training Using agencies that provide unqualified consultants to cover counters without beauty or skin knowledge often on working visas Company doesn’t value the staff( got rid off all former professional employees) Commission- company has no integrity as they don’t fallow throw the commission structure, many times we being denied the commission as this company always find the way not to pay!!!
