Pros
Easy to get a job. If you need a job they will hire pretty much anyone Only nice thing is they contribute 4% to 401k with a 5% employee contribution
Cons
Incompetent owner, unsafe and unhealthy, poor compensation, disgraceful break/lunch room and overall building condition, bad benefits, no room for advancement/growth, no raises (at most a few extra pennies per hour) The owner will not spend a dime to improve or renovate
